Please note our policy of minimum 2 nights booking for weekends and high season.

*A policy of minimum two nights stay applies during high season: National & Jewish Holidays and Summer months.

Cancellation Policy

• If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Booking cancelled up to 14 days prior to the day of arrival will not be charged.
• Booking cancelled 14 to one day prior to the day of arrival will be charged at 50% of the Total Amount.
• Booking cancelled within 24 hours of day of arrival, or a No Show will be charged for the Total Reservation Amount.
• A deposit of 50% of the booking value will be charged from the credit card approximately 14 days before the date of arrival at the villa, as long as the booking was made more than 14 days before the date of arrival at the villa.
•  If the booking is made less than 14 days before the date of arrival at the villa, the deposit of 50% of the booking value will be charged from the credit card on the day of booking

Holidays and summer season:

• In the summer season and during the holidays, cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, without charge.
• Cancellation of a reservation from 30 days before the date of arrival and up to one day before the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the total value of the order.
• No Show will be charged for the Total Reservation Amount.
• In the summer season and during the holidays, a deposit of 50% of the booking value will be charged from the credit card approximately 30 days before the date of arrival at the villa, If the booking has been made more than 30 days before the date of arrival at the villa.
• If the booking is made less than 30 days before the date of arrival at the villa, the deposit of 50% of the booking value will be charged from the credit card on the day of booking

Terms of Payment :

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment, All major cards are accepted.
• An ID card must be presented at the time of entry to the villa.
• You can pay by credit or bank transfer, checks will not be accepted.
